- Purpose of Individual Membership
The individual membership offered by BlackEstrie aims to provide exclusive benefits to individuals who wish to support and actively participate in promoting Black cultures in the Estrie region.
- Pricing
The individual membership is offered at a price of $75 per year.
For students, the membership is offered at a price of $30 per year, with proof of student status required to confirm the membership.
- Duration and Renewal
The membership is valid for one year from the date of payment. Renewal is automatic unless the member provides notice at least 30 days before the expiration date.
- Membership Benefits
Individual members receive the following benefits:
- 20 to 25% discount on BlackEstrie events and products.
- Access to exclusive member-only events.
- Voting rights at the annual general meetings.
- VIP perks at our events, including special privileges and priority access.
- Non-Refundable
Once payment is made, the membership is non-refundable. Members agree to this condition at the time of membership.
- Member Obligations
Members agree to comply with BlackEstrie’s general terms and conditions.
- Termination Conditions
BlackEstrie reserves the right to terminate membership in the event of:
- Non-payment of membership fees.
- Violation of the organization’s rules and policies.
- Behavior deemed incompatible with BlackEstrie’s values.
Members may also terminate their membership at any time with a 30-day written notice. Membership fees already paid are non-refundable.
- Confidentiality and Data Protection
BlackEstrie is committed to protecting the confidentiality of information provided by members. Data will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.
- Amendments to Terms
BlackEstrie reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be informed of any changes by email and via our website. Changes take effect immediately upon publication.
